After somewhat of a break last week (my youngest was sick, so not sure how much of a break last week exactly was!), we "attacked" my new room again!

I must say, it's starting to look more and more like a classroom.  I still have about 6 boxes to go through.  It's the dreaded "Miscellaneous" boxes!  You teachers know exactly what I'm talking about!

I received new furniture from Childcraft, 5 birchwood tables with cubbies underneath for pencil boxes, a notebook, etc.  The tables are beautiful, and match the new Childcraft birchwood writing center and listening center that I got last year.  My old tables were ready to retire a few years ago, so this was a much needed resource for my classroom.

So, I've got new furniture, in a new classroom...sounds like a great beginning for the 2007/2008 school year, doesn't it?
